DanW
Description: Cannot plan a route anymore. Cannot select car model either. When I try to plan a route, ABRP just reset itself after clicking on Plan Route. Basically I select one of my saved routes, doesn't matter which one, or if I create a new one, when I click on Plan Route, it resets my locations. I also cannot select my car model in the model field. Same result on my iPad, iPhone, and Mac. Safari and Google do the same. Wifi and cell do the same. I tried it with private browsing, same issue. See video. abrp.mp4
jim0266
Same problem. ABRP seems broken right now. It seems to take my Tesla login and pw and show the VIN and car name but I never show the singal it's logged in. khorton
You are not alone. I've had this issue for the last hour. Multiple different browsers on multiple devices. Wifi and cell connections both have the issue, so it cannot be due to my firewall.
khorton
This is due to Content Blockers. Whitelist abetterrouteplanner.com and the problem is solved. I wonder what the site is doing that is caught by Content Blockers.
jim0266
I don't think it's content blockers. I don't run them. Now I can suddenly log in with any browser but it's not planning routes and throwing a "Frontend planner error!" Joyride
Login is not working anymore. Planning also not working. iPad-OS. Nothing to deactivate there.
Jason-ABRP
Yep, one of our replication services that copies data between our servers for redundancy started acting up last night (perfect timing with 10M plans!) and filled up the servers' disks entirely. We've sorted that, and everything seems to be working well now!
rodwed
Nope. Mine is still broken
jim0266
After creating an account last night and having everything failing, I tried to start over this morning. Reset my password and now ABRP tells me it's wrong when I try to log in with it. The forums will let me in with this account, however.
Joyride
Site doesn't even response anymore. DEAD!
jim0266
Finally got ABRP to see my PW changes after trying the forgotten PW a third time. The message below came in an email, which is the first time I saw this verbiage in the email: Somebody, hopefully you, has requested a password reset for the abetterrouteplanner.com account xxxxxx@gmail.com. If you want to reset your password, Click this link. After your password has been reset, please re-register an ABRP account using the same email and a new password - all your settings will remain. Site seems to be functioning normally as of 12:36PM EST US Edited October 26, 2019 by jim0266 clarity
Dennz
Site still not working - after planning a route I just get a blank box and a map showing my location.
