Kirbster
Description: Planned Speed much lower than speed limit Link to Plan: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?plan_uuid=d0018100-034e-4e89-b513-57d9a9f7b849 Replication Steps: Pick a start anywhere in Los Alamos, NM to the Poncha Springs Supercharger. The duration will be roughly 5 hours when it should be in the 3:30-3:45 range. The planned speed always shows much below the speed limit listed. Some of the speed limit data is also wrong. We did this drive yesterday leaving the PEEC at 95% charge and got to the Poncha Springs supercharger with around 26% driving about 10mph over the limit most of the way. I know the speed limit the last 50+ miles in NM is 60mph and as soon as you cross the border into CO it's 65 everywhere other than through the towns, but that doesn't explain why the planned speed was so much lower than what the DB thinks the speed limit is. Jason-ABRP
Looks like the problem lies in our source information for the speed limits in that area. Open Street Map has them wrong, since you're very familiar, could you submit some fixes to Open Street Map? We provide a link to that on the route preview popup: Just click "Edit Open Street Map" link at the bottom of the popup anywhere the speed limit is incorrect. Speed estimation has long been a thorn in our side, so anything you can do to help us out there is greatly appreciated!
