How to add departure battery charge % on roundtrip?

Recommended Posts

When planning a roundtrip, how do I add the departure battery charge  status - manually - at turnaround point?

Example below, I go from DC to Philadelphia & arrived @ 50%.

Drive around the city & use some battery but don't recharge  & now batt is @ 45%.

So want to calculate the return portion based on a reduced battery state from the turnaround point - Philadelphia & 45%.

I suppose you could plan a new route with Philadelphia being the start point with an initial SOC of 45%. <shrug>

I don’t seem to be able to shake off the feeling that I haven’t really understood your question

Took care of the double post for you :classic_biggrin:

I think I get the request, though, and it's definitely something I've considered in the past, but not high on our priority list.  Easy enough to work around with two trips, but not ideal.  You could always add a third destination that kills ~5% of range to approximate the trip too.

You interpreted correctly. ..well except you chose Philadelphia Mississippi not Philadelphia PA. LOL!

Anyhow - was trying to see if I had missed something that wasn't a 2nd trip workaround.

Ok so not built in yet.

Actually had thought maybe I needed to sync with my Tesla to get the 'return' departure populated.

Thanks for clarifying this up.

Indeed :-)

I'm based in Europe, so I'm used to the city names being unique.
