State of Charge and Vehicle Type Misread

I am able to login successfully, and the vehicle VIN is read correctly.  However, the battery current state of charge is off by as much as 20% (this morning, car reports 75% while BetterRoutePlanner repoprts 95%).  I see this consistently with my other two Teslas as well.  Further, the site misreads my type of vehicle:  reports it as a RWD long range with aero wheels, whereas I have a Performance dual motor with arachnid wheels (20-inch).  I see this same problem whether using the car web browser, or my laptop, both under wifi.

 

I really like what you've done here, and would like to find out if I'm doing something wrong.  Thanks.
