subscription issue

Question

I'm trying to set up ABRP premium on an android -> Hyundai Kona.  I signed up to Premium on my desktop.  I logged in to the app on my android and created some routes/plans.  However when I plug the android into the car and start Android Auto it tells me to log in to ABRP premium on my phone.  

So I go to the phone to log in again.  It prompts me for my email address. I enter the email address and it takes me to a screen that says "GET ABRP Premium"  and offers me the "Start Subscription" blue button.  I hit the blue button and it prompts me to select a plan - Monthly or Annual.  I pick monthly, and hit "Start Subscription".  It then prompts me to "Create Account."

I hit "Create Account" and I get a screen entitled Welcome and says "to log in or sign up enter your email address."  I enter my email address and I'm back where I started from.  Endless loop.

Please contact us via email;

1. In ABRP, open settings
2. At the bottom of the settings menu tap the ‘support & feedback’ button
3. Select the option; ‘contact support’.
4. Then select the appropriate option, either ‘login issue’ or ‘subscription issue’.
5. Include any helpful details; receipts, user id / email

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!

WHAT IS THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR SUPPORT?

Please don't send me to the "settings" button. It will NOT work with my system. I do not use Microsoft account, I Use a POP Mailserver. The "Contact Support" sends me to a Microsoft Outlook page, I DO NOT share my email across other platforms.

I have (or at least HAD a PAID subscription, but there does not seem to be any method of checking, re subscribing, or finding our what happened to the interface. I am computer knowledgeable, reasonably intelligent, but suddenly there is no way to see the text listing of an itinerary, scroll through the stops, or use the system in any intelligent way.

I have asked repeatedly and gotten no response. Why are you ignoring me? I am here with credit card at the ready, I wish to continue my subscription, but all I get from you is radio silence.

Attached are two files, one in PSD and one JPG which should help explain the issue. I do not use MAC or Apple computers, I use Windows 10.

A timely response would be greatly appreciated.
