where is the premium support?

Question

on July 6 I sent an email to ABRP premium support and they have not responded to my email, I have opened 2 bugs and there has been no response
it is assumed that when you pay the premium you have a technical support in addition to the "premium" options of ABRP
Right now I have a serious problem that I cannot use ABRP correctly, I have to reconfigure the OBD2 BLE every time I start carlinkit or on the S10+, but if I want to use EVNOTIFY I have no way to include it again, in evnotify it shows that it is authorized but in ABRP it does not come out
why support doesn't answer? I'm going on a trip in 3 days and I need to have this solved, but it seems that there is no one attending to the incidents, why?
