0 Katya-ABRP
Hi @biscuit, Please see; https://www.iternio.com/faq?questionId=184bd54c-56cf-4c04-866d-9fcefba7b70f&appDefId=14c92d28-031e-7910-c9a8-a670011e062d What usually happens is that the dongle is still connected to the OBDLink app, and this dongle cannot handle being connected to several services at once. /Katya

0 biscuit
Still having the same problem. Could Peugeot lock the car down to prevent 3rd party connection dongles?
0 Katya-ABRP
Hi @biscuit, Some vehicles have higher security for their OBD port and will only allow the manufacturer's own tools to be used (an example is the Renault Megane E-Tech); however, this should not be the case with the Peugeot E-rifter. Have you tried contacting OBDLink to see if they know of any compatibility issues between their dongle and this vehicle model? /Katya

They seem as if they just did not want to know.
