Hi @biscuit,

Please see; https://www.iternio.com/faq?questionId=184bd54c-56cf-4c04-866d-9fcefba7b70f&appDefId=14c92d28-031e-7910-c9a8-a670011e062d

What usually happens is that the dongle is still connected to the OBDLink app, and this dongle cannot handle being connected to several services at once.

Ok I will try it again in the morning. I can seem to connect to the dongal but the dongal will not talk to the car.

Hi @biscuit,

Some vehicles have higher security for their OBD port and will only allow the manufacturer's own tools to be used (an example is the Renault Megane E-Tech); however, this should not be the case with the Peugeot E-rifter. Have you tried contacting OBDLink to see if they know of any compatibility issues between their dongle and this vehicle model?

Thanks Katya, I did try and all I got was they do not work with electric cars.

They seem as if they just did not want to know.
