App and website broken

Question

Anybody else having issues? Both the app and website seem completely broken. Website and app on a new phone won't let me pick a vehicle. Then when I use a phone I'm already logged into, it preselected my vehicle (great!) But the plan route button is permanently grayed out. Doesn't matter what I pick for a destination.
