Doonser
Is there a direct way to report a broken station through ABRP? In looking at other posts the response from ABRP is they scour network reports. But Plugshare has had four reports since November 2021 that this station is broken. Why doesn't ABRP catch that or have a way to report it so that people don't get screwed like I am on this trip because the station is broken. Kingston Nissan 140 NY-28, Kingston, NY 12401 https://www.plugshare.com/location/5797 Hi @Doonser, If you submit a bug report over at https://abrp.upvoty.com with the link to the charger in ABRP (click the charger, click share > share ABRP link) we can have this looked into. It is likely the case the data for this particular charger comes from a static data source which only is updated manually. But it could of course be so that we're being fed inaccurate live data for it and then we'll need to investigate the source. We do not fetch any data from plugshare. /Katya
Doonser
Okay, not exactly a direct way, and really inconvenient when I'm on the road (not to mention the two hours this problem added to my trip). Please create a way to report a dead or disabled station from the app.
