Same here. I think it might have something to do with tokens, although I cannot find any coherent explanation/instructions for dealing with that...

I have the same problem - looking forward to a fix.

What do you mean you "connected my car to ABRP?"  New Tesla Y owner here and I have not been able to connect the car and the App in any way.

Here's how;

1. In the iOS or Android app: Go into: Settings (Advanced) > Car model (click the selected car right below ‘Plan settings’
2. Click the button ‘Select a new car’ at the bottom of the list
3. Specify the vehicle model
4. Now, when the correct model is selected, click it once more in the list of settings
5. Right below the named vehicle model you’ll see three buttons; ‘Edit settings’, ‘Live data’ and ‘Save’. You can either directly click ‘Live data’ and we’ll ask you to save the car or first save it by clicking ‘Save’.
6. Now, when you’ve got a saved vehicle we’ll present you the available linking options for the selected vehicle model. This menu can also be accessed by clicking ‘Edit settings’. Select the linking option ‘MyTesla’ and follow the instructions.

Hi @BobS, @Runningal, @Jelamb, @simonzebu, @JHutchins,

I've checked the linked cars on your account and based on what I can see everything appears to be in order. Should the issue persist you can try to disconnect the saved vehicle to have the connection established again;

1. In the ABRP iOS or Android app, go into: Settings (Advanced) > Car model
2. Click the vehicle model. Make sure to select the correct vehicle
3. Click “Edit settings” and then scroll down to the bottom where you’ll see “logout from MyTesla”. Click the button to disconnect.
4. Select the linking option ‘Link MyTesla’ in the list
5. Follow the setup instructions

And if this does not resolve the issue please submit a bug report (we no longer handle bug reports or support cases here on the community forum). You may do so through the 'Support & Feedback' section at the bottom of the settings menu in the app/website. The bug tracker / feature requests website is also linked here from the forum but opening it from the ABRP app or website allows for linking your ABRP user id to your Upvoty account which helps us help you faster. I am having similar issues with the share-to-Tesla capability, but here is a relatively easy workaround for entering an ABRP route into your Tesla  - this uses voice commands thus avoiding any typing on the Tesla screen. (Hopefully some day the share functionality will be enhanced to allow sharing of a full ABRP route with all waypoints to Tesla nav):

1) In ABRP, plan out the trip, then click Share, then export to Excel

2) Make sure trip planner is turned off in Tesla navigation settings (as you dont want Tesla inserting charging waypoints automatically)

3) If another route is in progress tap "End Trip" to reset navigation

4) Voice command: "Navigate to XXXX" where XXXX is your final destination - now your route is in the system without any supercharger waypoints.

5) In reverse order as listed on the Excel sheet, add each supercharger as follows:
Voice command: "Baker California Supercharger"
If the "Add" dialog box comes up immediately after the voice command, then tap "Add".
If multiple options appear, DO NOT SELECT FROM THE LIST, instead, select the pin on the map corresponding to the desired supercharger, then tap "Add" (this will avoid resetting the trip with this supercharger as final destination).

6) In case the superchargers were entered in the wrong order, tap "Edit Trip" and reorder by dragging the "hamburger" icons shown at the left of each waypoint.

You should now be have your trip ready to go with the custom supercharger waypoints, and without the need to do any typing on your Tesla screen.

I hope this helps.
