Genomecop
Morning all. I'm trying to plan a trip from NYC to Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles. I'm trying over and over again to get a route to display but the 'wheel' just spins, eventually stops and displays nothing. This happens on desktop and app. Extremely annoying. 0 Genomecop
App is unusable as is the online version. Neither will give me ANY sort of route. Basically useless at this point. Time to find an alternative.
0 Genomecop
First pict shows the location that comes up when I open the program. Shows the United kingdom even though I live in NYC. Second pict shows the constant spinning wheel when I want to calculate my route. Notice I'm still in the UK Third pict shows the route result after the wheel stops. I'm still in the UK and there is NO ROUTE for my trip.

0 gnuarm
ABRP has it's issues. I don't know what this problem could be. As they upgrade, sometimes things break. I'm a big complainer about the site myself, but I do use it. I just find it frustrating when it doesn't work in one way or another.
0 jgoodnough
In the last picture you posted you have to click on the large BLUE button at the bottom right to CALCULATE the route. All you've done so far is ENTER the route. ABRP will only calculate once you've set up a starting point, any waypoints, and the destination. 0 Yozze
I had the same problem in the iOS App and browser and either got no route at all or just a straight line between start and destination. After a manual relogin on both devices, everything worked again.
0 Sofia-ABRP
Hi @Genomecop and @Yozze, We are sorry to hear that you and others have experienced this issue! Are you planning long routes with a lot of stops? If the trip is very long the planner will take a long time to produce a result, sometimes more than a minute. Are you only experiencing this problem in the browser? Or on other devices as well? Could you try creating a plan in an incognito tab? Please note that we're primarily using Upvoty to keep track of bugs. It's a platform which allows users to submit bug reports directly to our development team and get updates on the status of the bug. A few other users have reported a similar issue on Upvoty (abrp.upvoty.com/b/report-a-bug/the-app-didnt-make-a-route/). They report that they've entered the start and end point of the trip and then clicked the plan button. The button starts spinning and then reverts to show the plan icon without producing a plan. Only a straight line between the waypoints is shown. You are welcome to upvote this bug if you find that you're experiencing the same behavior! /Sofia
0 zeroice
it's a Jedi mind trick: "this is not the route you're asking for..."
