Dominik
Hi, I don't really like the app while driving. it's unresponsive and the navigation voice sounds really bad. Does anyone use ABRP as their main navigation system? Or do you plan the route with ABRP and then share it to something like Google maps? That's what I would do but then I would lose access to route adjustments because of live power consumption.
Ou Boet
I generally preplan my routes using Google Maps and ABRP. ABRP's navigation engineer is not where near as good as Googles in my area.
dadpwrd
I'm trying to use it more as my daily driver. I've been a Google Maps user since the beginning, so it's taken some adjustment. But I still cross check the routing against Google maps to make sure it's accurate. It's getting better for sure. Having your SoC on destination arrival displayed on screen in Android Auto is really nice, even just for errands running and commuting
Austin
I have both open for my work drives. I drive quite far and ABRP is quite buggy already. I do it to ensure that battery percentage stays updated as much as possible and because I record my trips. But I always follow Google Maps navigation. JDH
Planning a trip longer than one day? This is stupid. Does anyone drive 20 hours straight? FSD isn't that good yet. Where are the travel hours per day input, estimated start and end times? lunch and rest breaks? Useless for trips of longer than one day. Tesla's built-in planner isn't any better, of course.
