Stelivtv
for a few days, every time I connect, I see that my tesla is not connected and I have to re-enter the credentials every time. Why?
0 Giampigua
the same with me. in addition, now the App is not asking the login anymore, and at the same time my car is shown as "sleeping" status - which is not the case thanks
0 SOdgaard
Is this still an issue? I have just set up ABRP and have registered the Tesla Tokens - The registration seemed to go fine, however I get the message "Registering" (see below). As far as I can see ABRP does not receive any data from the car, hereunder current charge status is not updated. Any suggestions? 0 Manoel
I had some issue a few months ago, disconnected the tesla account to reconnect... but the option to connect to tesla account doesn't appear for my account anymore. however, if use a session of ABRP without logging in, the connect to Tesla option shows, when adding a Tesla car. Editing: well, deleting the car and creating it fresh gives the MyTesla option again. Apparently only supported in the App Edited April 12, 2022 by Manoel
0 Katya-ABRP
Hi @Stelivtv, @Giampigua, @SOdgaard, @Manoel, We've detected that Tesla has made some changes on their side and made adjustments accordingly to keep users connected. However, it will require that you link your saved vehicle again. You've most likely been affected by these changes and therefore disconnected. You should've been notified of this but if not or if you simply missed the notification here's what to do to re-establish the connection; 1. Go into: Settings (Advanced) > Car model 2. Click the cogwheel to the right of your saved vehicle 3. Select the linking option ‘Link MyTesla’ in the list 4. Follow the linking instructions Please note that official bug reports are to be submitted over at https://abrp.upvoty.com/ /Katya

Anyhow in the APP I just disconnected from Tesla and reconnected via the login option. ABRP opened the window to Tesla and I was able to log in, whereafter the system reverted to ABRP. The status is still “Registering” as it was before, thus there seems to be no link to the car… /Stephen
0 Katya-ABRP
Hi Stephen / @SOdgaard, I'd say hardly ever the issue is on the actual users side when the connection fails. It's either Tesla or us What version of the app did you use when you attempted to reconnect? /Katya

0 Katya-ABRP
Hi Stephen / @SOdgaard, We've looked into this and there doesn't seem to be any general issues with connecting to Tesla. Could you try the following; 1. Unlink live data 2. Link MyTesla 3. In the linking process, make sure to select the car you want to connect to. Normally, we should choose the first one (or only one if there's only one) but it might be the case such auto-selection did not occur here. I've also replied to the bug report you submitted here: https://abrp.upvoty.com/b/report-a-bug/logging-into-tesla-not-resulting-in-exchange-of-data /Katya
