Bought premium but not showing in my account

Question

Hello,

I bought premium via subscriptions on Google Play but it hasn't applied to my account and if I try buy it again it says I already own it.

Where can I get help? The button in the app doesn't list an email address as far as I can see.

Ok, I resolved this. For anyone having this issue:

  • I closed the app by swiping away on the multitasking screen
  • Went to my subscriptions in the Google play app
  • Tapped "A Better Routeplanner (ABRP)"
  • It showed a screen saying confirm plan (see pic)
  • I pressed "Open App" and it worked.

I had to close the app completely, otherwise the "Open App" button didn't work.
