Coen
I have a small number of preferred charging networks set in the app. I was wondering how this impacts planning. And if it's really necessary when I only drive in The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France.
Samuel-ABRP
Preferred chargers have a higher priority than the other chargers. So if those networks are nearby and make sense to be used they will be used. You might get better plans if you do not prefer chargers as the planner can just use whatever is there, but if you have a good charging contract with Ionity for example it might still make sense to use it, as you will have more economic routes then. Also if you have lots of shaky chargers in your country it might make sense to prefer the ones that are always stable so shaky ones are only used if there are no preferred ones available.
