I also sent messages directly to the administrators... I am a premium member but I still have no response for 1 month. This is not normal. Non-member users have already been able to get answers faster than me. What should I do to get an answer? I'm waiting for a quick response now! Open ABRP and then click on the ABRP icon and at the bottom you will see a button "tell us what you think" which will offer you the above mentioned different possibilities to get in contact.
