No way to end premium and now i got billed for a year.

Hi @z0rk,

Please excuse the delayed reply. Questions regarding subscriptions are primarily handled through email and premium users can find the option to 'contact support' under: 'settings > support & feedback > contact support'. 

I've checked your subscriptions status and I can see my colleague handled this case and refunded you the amount on Nov 12th.

At the moment we do not offer support over phone but premium users may always reach us via email as described above.
