Option 2 - Data-Driven - Perform driving test at multiple speeds, and record efficiency or power draw from the pack. Option 3 - Direct Car Connection - Provide method of receiving telemetry directly from the car via OBD, API, or other means. Charge curve graphs are available online, my trips are recorded so abrp can check anytime they like. With the wrong battery size, like you say, it is so pessimistic it isn't relative. I drive along ignoring the charge stops. To the point that I may as well just use Google maps and cancel my subscription. If you chose option 3 it is not only about recording data with torque, but sending them to us via telemetry API, then it will be automaticcally processed.
