Calibrated reference consumption is incorrect

Question

The calculated reference consumption for my 2019 Tesla Model 3 SR+ is showing 187 wh/mi, which is very low. This is causing my routes to be improperly calculated. I have tried resetting this number from ABRP, and logging ABRP out of my tesla account and logging back in, but I cannot get it to reset. The confidence level is showing pretty high as well. I have also attached logs from TeslaFi, which show an average of 285 wh/mi. According to my lifetime usage from my Tesla odometer, I am at 267 wh/mi. Trying to figure out why it is so far off in ABRP, and why I cannot reset this number. Thanks

Hi,

That value is not your average consumption, but the consumption you would see when you drive a longer trip with exactly 110km/h or ~70mi/h.

Could you give us some samples of inaccurate drives? For example what was estimated and what was the real arrival soc?

Okay, so that number should not be the same or near to the average consumption that I am seeing in TeslaFi for those speeds? If I'm driving on the highway at 65-70 mph, I would not expect to see 187 wh/mi. I understand that this number (187) is not the average for all speeds, but TeslaFi shows my average at those speeds (65-70) at 285. Which is what I would expect to see in ABRP. If that is not correct and I am misunderstanding, can you tell me where that 187 wh/mi is coming from if it is not the average wh/mi at a specific speed?

I'm not sure what has changed, but when I plan the route now, I am getting more charging stops than when I did this morning. It more closesly reflects what I see when I plan a trip in the Tesla Navigation. This morning, the total charge time for my 492 mile drive was 41 mins, now it is showing total charge time of 1 hr 6 mins, with an extra charger stop. The reference calibration is the same, all I did was click the reset.

I just pulled up the ABRP app on my phone, since I previously viewed the route there, and it still had the old route. That route showed only 3 charger stops for a total of 43 mins, and an average of 211 wh/mi, where as the one I am viewing in the browser now, with 4 charging stops at 66 mins total, is showing an average of 265 wh/mi. Not sure what changed
