How do favourites work?

Question

I'm on the Android Auto version of ABRP with a premium subscription to get weather and traffic too.

I'm trying to navigate to 'home' which is defined. When I click the * to access it, I only see 'work'. Where did home go?

Hi @Superhero,

Work and home are currently the only two addresses that can be saved like this. If you'd like to have more addresses easily available you may pin your previous search results in the list of suggestions when adding a new waypoint. Pinned searches can however not be renamed. We hope to provide the ability to add more favorites with custom names in the future.

I just tried it and both work and home appear in android auto for me. To make this work, both need to be defined in ABRP app. It should look like this:

When you click into one of the fields, the list should show up and both work and home need to have a valid entry here. You should see a full address behind both icons.

Do you have an address behind both work and home icon?

Yes, they both show up for me. Could you maybe try to set home and work again? Maybe there is an inconsistency somewhere that might be fixed by setting it again. If not could you please send me a PN with the addresses so I can check it myself, maybe there is something in the address that causes the app to not show it.

Great, i agree that we could improve on editing the addresses for favorites. Will add an internal note for that.

I found it easy to understand the home and work favourites, how ever thats the only two I can get in there. Do we/can we get more custom nameable favourites?
