My premium account information is not recognized

Question

Description: First of all, my name is John Dean, and I made a mistake when I set up this account and left off the "n" on my last name.  How do I edit my user name here?  Anyway, I used Apple to pay for a one year premium account on my iPhone but when I log into my account it is treating me as if I do not have a premium account.  If I cannot fix this problem quickly then I think I will just cancel the purchase,  One problem, I cannot figure out how to cancel the purchase.  Any help here from ABRP?

Regarding the issues with Premium. I've checked our records for the account associated with the email address you're using here on the forum and this ABRP account does not have an active subscription at the moment, nor has it been subscribed in the past.

Are you certain you're logged into the correct account?

If you have a receipt of the purchase, please send it to: app [at] abetterrouteplanner . com with the subject 'premium access'

Thank you for checking into this.  I did sign up for a premium account, but it does not appear to have been processed.  Given that it has been at least two days since I tried to sign up, if I am still interested in getting a premium account, which I am, should I just go ahead and sign up again?  I checked my iPhone under subscriptions and nothing is showing up on my end.

Hi @John Dean,

If you cannot find any active subscription with us under subscriptions in App store on the device you attempted to subscribe with I'd say it is safe to say that you do not have any active subscriptions. You could also check for transactions in your bank accounts or receipts in your email inboxes (receipts / purchase confirmations are sent to the email registered with the Apple ID).

You could either make another attempt via the App store or alternatively subscribe through our web portal at https://abetterrouteplanner.com/premium/
I would recommend the latter since we offer a 14 day free trial.
