It could be that one of Tesla's servers is / was experiencing issues and that your Tesla account is affected by this. 0 kss Posted June 18, 2021 Author Share Posted June 18, 2021 logged out this morning. entered my Tesla creds and dual factor number and received "Error. Couldn't login. Please double check your email and password." I then clicked the button. clicked outside the login box and now it says registering again. it also shows the "logout from tesla" button again, like it was successful. 0 Katya-ABRP Posted June 18, 2021 Share Posted June 18, 2021 Hi @kss, I've just checked with the team, the fix for the CAPTCHA issue still hasn't been rolled out to the iOS and apps but we will soon provide these updates. So if this fails for you when attempting to link through the ABRP app this explains it. Normally it is not this troublesome to establish the connection and I'd say the only reasonable explanation for these issues in your case would be issues with connecting to Tesla's servers. We have not had any other recent reports of similar problems but we'll of course keep our eyes open. Also note that ' @ ABetterRoutplanner' is not an admin or moderator.
