Use Case: The address column is useful for handing the plan off as an itinerary to a non-traveling friend or family member so they know roughly where you should be. The network would make it easier to ensure that users can figure out what networks they're hitting and whether they might want to switch plan tiers for those networks. For example, I generally don't travel enough to warrant paying EA $4 per month for their better rates, but I am making a trip this month where the savings will undoubtedly exceed that $4 cost.
