How to connect Tronity with e-C4? Or any other way possible?

Hey,

I want to get my SoC from my Citroen e-C4 into ABRP. The easiest way seemed to be Tronity, but I can't connect it to my account. In my Car settings I just have a button for Link Generic.

Is there any way or even a better way to connect a PSA car via OBD2? In general it should be the same Interface as in other PSA cars, so Tronity should work I guess.

I think there might be a missing Tronity entry in ABRP database concerning OBD possibilities for the Citroën e-C4, @Katya-ABRP?

Correct we haven't added Tronity as a linking option for the Citroën e-C4. As far as we know they don't yet support the model, Tronity themselves displays the status 'TBD' for Citroën: https://help.tronity.io/hc/en-us/articles/360018314060-Supported-Vehicles

Or are you able to link connect the car to Tronity and get data?

Hey @Katya-ABRP,

Tronity does work with my e-C4. It uses the PSA Servers, so the bases is identical to the other PSA cars (Opel, Peugeot, DS3...).
