hedwri
My login to ABRP on other devices is via Google. I can’t find a way to login to my account in the Polestar 2. Choosing the Google login presents a QR code which, when scanned with my iPhone, launches ABRP on that device. I can’t see a way to set up email login as an alternative, the “add another login” options are limited to Apple, Google and Facebook.
Katya-ABRP
Hi @hedwri, Sorry for the confusion! As the Polestar 2 does not have a web browser these alternative login methods will not work. We'll be removing these options in the Polestar 2 version shortly but we might come up with a work-around later. Until then you'll therefore need to set a regular password. You can either do this when logged in (such as on your iPhone) by going into user settings. You'll find it by: (on your phone, when logged in) Click the ABRP icon in top left corner > Your name (top blue bar) > Change password Or, if you're not logged in you may at login instead select 'forgot your password'. Then enter the email address associated with your account and an email containing a reset link will be sent to you. The email you'll use for logging in is the one associated with the login method you used to create the account. You can check what address is registered in: Click the ABRP icon in top left corner > Your name (top blue bar) Should there be any further issues please let us know! /Katya
catmountains
Hi, I have the same problem. However. the workaround above with changing the password does not work either. It looks like the app does not recognize my "old" (Google Account) password and there cannot set a new one. Any hints? Thanks
Katya-ABRP
Hi @catmountains, We never store your google account password, hence it will never be used when changing the password. You should be able to just set a password without it. If this does not work for you please request a password reset link at login by clicking the 'forgot your password?' and entering your accounts email address. /Katya

Had to use the forgot password route but now sorted.
