jorang
I'm missing VW e-UP! as analternative car in the settings of ABRP. Is it planned as an alternative? Or what can I do to get it implemented as an alternative car in the settings/ planning module?
Jason-ABRP
It wasn't on my radar yet, but if you've got the data (or are willing to do a little research) it's not too hard to add. Have a look at this blog post, and make a post under the New Car Models forum with as much of that data as you can find, we can help you dig for the missing information and fill in the rest of the model. Jason-ABRP
@jorang - Found the Coefficient of drag for the e-up, seems to be 0.32 per https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/volkswagen/e/85974/volkswagen-e-vs-renault-zoe, if you can get me a charging curve, I can fill in the rest of the details. DayEagle
I have a e-up and would like to help with data. How do I record the charging curve in the best way? It would be super nice to have the e-up as a choice since I do make longer trips from time to time...
Jason-ABRP
What data is available on the dashboard? If you have power (kW) and SoC (%) that's good enough, just get it low and take it to a charger that can max out its performance and either take notes or a video, noting SoC and power. If you just have SoC, a timestamped realtime video would do the same thing, but a little less conveniently. The best method is if you have a way to connect an OBD reader and send us data, then I can run the analysis on that data directly.
