Hi @Giampigua,

Glad you were able to sort it out! We have had issues due to changes that Tesla has made on their side and we've therefore made the necessary changes in the linking procedure to keep users connected. It has so far only affected a handful of users but we expect Tesla to gradually roll out the changes for all their users. My guess is that the previous connection used the "old" method and reconnecting the car like you did, with the new method would be the solution ?
