Tesla M3 no more battery sync

Recommended Posts

Description: according to the app - same with web portal - the last time my car was synced wit ABRP is 3 days ago

I am on monthly premium but cancelled now because of this issue

Type: open app  ...
(sorry another bug? I change the language from German to English with no result)
...and it’s saying the battery would be 65% while my Tesla has 40%

Link to Plan: Any plan is affected as my battery status isn’t up to date

Replication Steps:
  1. open app
  2. Tap battery icon
  3. “Letzte Aktualisierung” you may  probably translate it from ?last sync? Or so says Nov. 28 / 04:54:45 ...CET I guess

Remember, the more detail you can provide in your bug report, the faster we can fix it! ?‍♂️

Hi @BoringUsernameRuleFrom80s,

Looks like iOS, what version of the app are you using? Make sure you're using the latest version and then log out and log back in with MyTesla and the connection should be authorized again. There's been changes on Tesla's side and we've made adjustments accordingly. Android and web has been up to date for some time but the fixes were delayed a bit for iOS due to Apple's long review time.
