Change subscription from monthly to yearly

Hey,

i've tryed to change my premium subscription from monthly to yearly.

But everytime i click on the button, a massage apears "Wait for a moment" and after a moment i back to the original screen.
I even tried to unsubscrip and resubscrip as yealy but even this methode dosen't work.
