Not receiving verification email

Hi!

I've just registered a user-account on abetterrouteplanner, but I'm not receiving the verification-email. I've clicked severeal times on "VERIFY ME EMAIL" and I get a confirmation that the email is sent. But still, no email is received for some reason. I have tripple-checked the spam-folder, but no email there...

Hi @Menkromsen,

It seems that the service we use to send these emails has some issues with outlook servers, which also includes hotmail. We've contacted them to resolve this issue and in the meantime I can unfortunately only recommend to use a different email address. There are for instance no issues with gmail.

If you'd be okay with this, write to us at support@iternio.com using the email address associated with your account and tell us the email address you'd like to use instead and I'll have it changed.
