eyeballs
Every time I load ABRP, an old route loads and then calculates stops before I can delete the old route and enter a new one. The route is not on my saved list. How do I get ABRP to stop loading this old route?
BarryH
Could you please try to log out, update app and login again. Do you have the issue in the app as well as the website? does the app have an internet connection?
eyeballs
I logged out after creating new route. Then I checked out of my browser. Then I checked into my browser and went to the abrp page. It showed the new route I had just created for a second and then reverted to the route that has been bothering me. BarryH
@eyeballs sounds like some cached data or something like that. a bit to techie for me :( @Katya (ABRP)do you know what could help (clear browser cache? delete cookie?)
Katya-ABRP
Hi @eyeballs, We've checked your settings and nothing looks off. Is it possible that you accidentally bookmarked the url to the plan in your browser? Could you try just going to https://abetterrouteplanner.com/ in a different browser to see if the same thing happens? /Katya
eyeballs
I used Microsoft Edge and it loaded and planned the old route. Then I downloaded Firefox and it loaded and planned the old route. It also indicated that ABRP had saved a cookie which allowed it to know what to load.
