I don’t see that ABRP can give turn by turn directions like the Tesla app. I like to use ABRP to plan the trip with the way points and the charging, and use the graph of time versus battery from ABRP so I can see If I am on track for battery usage. But to get turn by turn directions I use the Tesla app. There is a feature of ABRP that allows you to send the next destination to the Tesla app. That may be the closest you can come to what you want. We travelled from Toronto to Eastern Quebec for 1 night and then continued our journey to Saint John New Brunswick for 2 nights, then to Moncton NB for 1 night. We survived Hurricaine Dorian at our hotel in Halifax Nova Scotia, however we are leaving for Charlottetown Prince Edward Island in the morning. They were hit as well by Dorian. I was unable to reach the hotel, however received confirmation a short time ago that the hotel just had power restored. I will only be charging at the hotel on Ac power as they don't have a level 2. I tried to send the abrp to my Tesla navigation, but it does not work. abrp says I should charge at the last supercharger in Aulac New Brunswick and I should arrive with 70%. Congrats on your new Tesla! The way we work around that is we have a function so you can send the destinations one-by-one to the car. If I understand you correctly, sending the ABRP next destination to Tesla nav does not work? In what way? Sometimes the Tesla nav and ABRP will have different views on things (like the need for charging) and then things will get confusing, but we cannot do much about that. I assumed it was just superchargers but if waypoints go as well then that's the problem sorted. I like ABRP anyway but now it will be my nav of choice. hkyplyr26 Posted June 24, 2020 Share Posted June 24, 2020 So I must a dumb Fcuk I can not figure out how to set up an account or log into A Better Routeplanner. When I try and use my google account it looks like it works but when I try and save my car it says I have to login, when I try and create an account it says I can't when I try and reset my password it send me the link but gives me an error message. At one point it had me click a link that took me to a web page that had me click a link that took me to a web page that had me click a link that took me to a web page. hkyplyr26 Posted June 24, 2020 Share Posted June 24, 2020 OK oddly I was in - but it wouldn't let me plan a route it kept wanting me to put in my home address by long pressing on the screen - I was on my laptop - was never able to get in on the phone. So I thought now that I've set up an account and verified my email - I log in on the phone - nope log in failed. And so I thought maybe I didn't use the password I thought I did I'll have it send me one - nope it says in valid E-mail. I just wish Tesla would figure this out. Searching on the term shows that it's State of Charge, is this correct? On a recent trip the SoC was reading around 70% while my Tesla was indicating I had around 50% charge. Why the difference?
