ddaddy
Description: I can zoom into the app by double clicking, but I cannot zoom out as there are no map zoom buttons. Type: Webpage https://abetterrouteplanner.com using MacOS 10.15.5 and Safari Not sure if I'm just being daft and can't find the buttons, but I've looked everywhere and can't find a way to zoom back out on the map. ddaddy
I'm surprised no-one else has this issue? Are the map zoom buttons somewhere I don't know about?
BarryH
@daddyYou are right, cannot find them as well. Only I use a touchscreen, so never missed them @Jason (ABRP)adding zoom in/out button seems the thing to do, or is there some hidden functionality I missed? ddaddy
Ok, I just installed Google Chrome (I am using a Mac) and it seems you can use the scroll or pinch to zoom in and out, so this just isn't working on Safari on Mac. So either this would need fixing, or the old +/- buttons adding for Chrome.
BarryH
@ddaddyand if you use multitouch on your touchpad? and to zoom in doubleclick seems to work
ddaddy
Yeh multitouch works in Chrome, but not Safari. So on Safari you can double click to zoom in, but not get back out.
Jason-ABRP
In general scrolling on the map also works. Scroll up to zoom in, down to zoom out.
ddaddy
Oh yes! So it does. Not very obvious really but thanks for letting me know.
wjitehawk
The whole web browser interface needs work and a help area for stuff like this. Scrolling does work but +/_ would be more intuitive and would not re-center the map everytime it is used. Scrolling does not work if I click on the charging station for a detailed view. When I click on a charging station it brings up the station details but when I hit the back arrow in the menu it changes the map view. Charging detail does not show availability.
