Unable to link my Tesla.com account for polling

I have verified that my username (email address) and password is exactly the same as the one I use on tesla.com for managing my Model 3 AWD 19" yet ABRP is not allowing me to link for live data.

Error is non-specific, could I get some help or deeper troubleshooting? I wanted to try Premium but without the tesla.com link the trial is no bueno for me.

To be specific, I was unable to add my Tesla.com account via Chrome web browser.... but using my iPhone I was able to add it (using exactly the same credentials).

Not sure what's the bug with the website.
