bjg222
Description: ABRP on the web seems to intermittently fail to plan on a segment where there is clearly a charger that could be used. Waiting a few minutes and trying again sometimes comes up with a valid plan, and sometimes does not. App seems to not have this issue when calculating the same plan. Type: Webpage Link to Plan: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?plan_uuid=fea90f63-e05a-4e68-a91c-c1804f3d4f35 Plan is from Washington, DC, to Pittsburgh, PA, and then back again Some screenshots: As is visible in the screenshots, the leg from PIttsburgh to the next charger for some reason fails to plan, but bypasses at least three possible chargers that are shown on the map. Planning in the app for the same route produces the following, valid plan: On the website, clicking the Back link and clicking the plan button again for the identical locations produces a valid route: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/?plan_uuid=06e2c433-45fe-410a-b3ab-e47f0604437a Replication Steps: Unsure how to consistently reproduce
Bo-ABRP
We are absolutely interested in trying to hunt this kind of intermittent errors down. We fixed a spurious planner crash today which has been around for a while, that could possibly have been causing this too. Let us know how it works! bjg222
I poked around and planned a few random routes and didn't see this issue this morning. I tried three different routes that failed yesterday, and today they seem to be succeeding, and I tried a few others too, and couldn't make it happen. I'll keep an eye out and let you know if I see it again! On a side note, while poking around, I found some other odd behavior, I'm making a new post about it (figure it's a different "bug" so deserves a different post).
