Change Consumption Units by Region instead of Car

Seems that the efficiency units used in the vehicle depend on region more than by vehicle.  For example:

• Tesla - Wh/mi regardless of region
• Chevy - mi/kWh in US, kWh/100km in Europe

Of course, this means that we need to figure out which units are set in which regions by the vehicles, so some groundwork needed.

And for some unknown reason Opel has decided to change their units to km/Wh in the Ampera-e 2019 model... So one more unit to confuse everyone

Of course they did.  Well, if we guess wrong for any vehicle, you can always change the units using the toggle button:

As someone in the UK, where we tend to muddle up the use of metric and imperial units, I wonder if it would be possible to have a choice of the temperature setting units to be in °C rather than °F (and I'd rather choose weight to be Kg rather than Lbs too!) and everything else in the Settings to remain Imperial?

I see the new update has 'British' settings!  Thanks for pandering to us!
