lexcyn
Just wondering if anyone else has errant battery degradation stats in the live data? Mine is showing 9% degradation, but there is no evidence to suggest the battery is that degraded. I'm wondering if cold weather is to blame? Or is this using the PID value for "available capacity" which is not known to be accurate?
TomTomZoe
I‘m driving a Opel Ampera-e (same as GM Bolt) since 106tkm and ABRP shows me 8% degradation of 60kWh that is 55.2kWh actual capacity. Torque Pro also shows me 55.2kWh available capacity. And yes, the available capacity value is a little bit a guess o meter, like in all cars, it‘s increasing until september october and decreasing until march april. In Torque it shows 54.6kWh right now but it's been a cold, loooong winter. Looking forward to the warmer weather. Although, being in lockdown, not many places I can go :)
Jason-ABRP
Yeah, I've been thinking about this, I think I'm going to change that PID's handling and labeling to "Capacity" on the app, because it's not really a measure of health only, but really the available capacity of the battery. I'm not sure how to handle this on the planner, as we don't have that as an input, and don't really want to add a special case for a single car model.
