change user interface to access other saved plans

Description:  The old interface it was easy to pick a saved plan, no it is not easy

Use Case: Please reduce the icon size and add saved plans regardless of current menu location, liked the old version much better for jumping to a saved plan

Remember, the more details you can add, the faster we can build out new features!
