Saved Trips Gone

Question

So I was working on another desktop at work and created multiple saved trips for a cross country road trip I am working on (Route 66). Now I'm at home and all of the trips I spend several hours working on, are not in my saved trips. I thought by logging in we could access them from multiple devices. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? I love the program, it's better than any others I've see, but really frustrated that all that hard work seems to be gone, or at least not accessible now at home. Any suggestions/advise would be greatly appreciated.

That was what I thought would happen. I actually have different saved trips on the computer I use at home than the computer I use at work. Today I deleted all the ones on my home computer and when I came into work, I only have the ones I worked on last week. It does not seem to work across multiple computers, even with the login. Maybe a glitch?

I've been using the legacy site. I didn't even know about the new website until after I had already started my routes. Attached is a screenshot of what I'm seeing at work, but not at home. I logged into the new website and it doesn't show any saved route either

By any chance, did you make these plans before creating an ABRP account? It's been a while since I tried it, but I think the locally saved plans don't get auto-added to your account after you create one on the legacy site.  If so, you may need to load each one up individually and re-save it while logged in.

Also, I notice you have a lot of waypoints selected, if those are to force ABRP to take a "better" route that we don't know about, we'd love to get examples of that at bugs@abetterrouteplanner.com so we can refine the routefinding.

No. I've had the account for some time now. Maybe I'll try loading them on the new site and saving them there instead. See if that makes a difference. As for the way points, I'm trying to take a very specific route, tracing the old Route 66 Highway. It's a long trip so I'm doubt it in pieces, but I need to plan my charging accordingly since we'll sometimes be taking back roads.
