andyswarbs
Wind can affect range a fair bit. To be able to incorporate likely wind conditions and how that affects range would be brilliant.
BarryH
Under settings-roadconditions you can set head/tail wind and Windsor’s. what kind of additional functionality are you thinking of?
andyswarbs
Wow, hadn't spotted that. Thx. I guess that works for short-medium journeys. But it does not reflect live information, and journeys that change direction, and ones that go through weather fronts. One possible improvement is, once a route is planned, to be able to mark particular sections in the journey with specific wind conditions. The default being taken from settings. Hey, I'm new to this so forgive me if my post seems a bit pie in the sky.
Jason-ABRP
Definitely something we're thinking about, main drawback is good live weather data costs money, so might end up being a premium feature.
Lazy Lee
For the time being, it would really help if you could set a wind direction (e.g. West, South) instead of just head or tailwind.
