Show Closest route when no route available

Would be nice to show a route so users can pick slow chargers to add to the route to fill in gaps.  Becomes less necessary as charge networks improve.  Will be OBE in US soon with Electrify America.  Basically OBE for Teslas in applicable markets. Still useful in growing markets.

Envision the route shown on the map like it is now, with a different color for the "negative" part of the route (yellow / orange?).
