Account of Temperature

Recommended Posts

Take into account ambient air temperature and battery performance.  Select if car has been preconditioned vs cold start.  Adjust charging times to reflect slower charging rates based on temperature.

As most EV users have experienced, there can be significant increase in WHrs/mile (kilo) based on temperature.  Moreover, supercharging in below freezing temperatures takes considerably more time.
