Planner server error

Hi,

I’m always getting this error when calculating a new route:

We could not calculate your plan.

Planner server error.

Could you provide some more details? Which app version are you using? (About ABRP > ABRP Version) Which system are you on? (iOS, Android, Web)

Perhaps there is an error stored in your account's default planning settings somewhere, try re-selecting your car and looking through these and setting them to reasonable values?

I just updated to 3.9.1 today with same problem. Android.

Also reselected car model with no improvement. Abrp account was just created yesterday as well.

Well I uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version and all seems good again. I was able to login and plan routs all ok.

Well worked for a day and now get Planner Server Error again solid on 3.9.1, logging out didn't help nor changing vehicle type.

I'm getting the same error. Pixel 3 xl, android 10, latest app version 3.9.1. Freshly installed - all works fine. After logging in, I get server error. After Logging out -  same server error. Clearing app data solves the problem until I log in again. Also on the web version my login wouldn't stick, it wouldn't show my saved routes and after page refresh it shows I'm not logged in. But all works fine on beta.abetterroadplanner.com.

Same problem here! Ulefon Power 3S with Android 7.1.1. 

No Chance get a route calculated. I deleted data and even un- and reinstalled the App.

I have the same problem. The solution is to enter any value Car battery degradation in Settings.

Ah, this is something we'll be improving on in the next version, if any entry is left blank we'll be either using live data (if available) or a default value so you won't get weird unexplained errors.

iPhone 6, 12.4.3, arp ver 3.9.1

Odd, but the fix above doesn't seem to work for me. Still getting 

We could not calculate your plan.

Planner server error.
