Very Intermittent operation

Description: Firefox latest edition, Windows 10, 75Mh Internet connection. WHen I first used the program, the map, trip route and list came up very quickly. Saved and retrieved just fine. Have gotten three notifications to reload and update. Not I enter a new route, and route doesn't appear for up to an hour. Have reloaded and restarted. Once the map appears with route, route list never appears. WHere is "share"? Can't find any more info to help.
