  1. Hi @SoerenBM, @evequefou, @mcmissile and @anonymess, Thank you for your suggestion! While we do not account for phantom drain while creating plans it will be accounted for if you have connected your vehicle to send live data to ABRP. By sending live data from your vehicle the app/web app will get updates regarding the SoC of your vehicle. The app will also recalculate routes every few minutes while driving to account for changes in both internal and external conditions. In order to connect your car to send live data to ABRP you must first save your car. To add the car, go to Settings (detailed) > Car model > Add my car. Make sure to select the correct car model and give it a suitable name. From this panel you are able to connect using one of the connectivity options listed on this page. For Tesla vehicles it's recommended to connect with "MyTesla". So while the app does not account for phantom drain while planning, it will be updated while you are on the road if your vehicle is connected. /Sofia
  2. Hi @Humphrey, Thank you for notifying us about this! We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced as a result of this error. I have updated the location of the charger according to the data you have provided. The data should be updated on our map within 24 hours. /Sofia
  3. Hi @Dirkvd001, @JohnnyFarmer, @Blouberg, @Polestar Driver and @Ok1974, Sorry for the late reply. There's a lot of activity in the forums and sometimes a post might get lost. If you have a pressing question I'd suggest sending us an email using the app. Open the menu by clicking the ABRP button in the top left corner of the screen and click the "Tell us what you think!" button. That way we can more easily see your account settings and give you better feedback. Thank you for your suggestion! I will forward your request to implement ABRP in the Ploestar 2's display in front of the driver as well. /Sofia
  4. Hi @EViking, @eenzo295, @Ecurb and @Skyhawk, Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for providing this data about the Audi e-tron. Since the vehicle is already in alpha, the best way to make our models more accurate is by connecting to send live data. Read more about improving our models in this blog post: However, the Audi e-tron is currently somewhat limited in what data it is able to send to third party apps. Have a look at this page to see what sort of data we can find out from your vehicle: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/compare/livedata/. I will make sure to forward the data you've provided so that we may evaluate it. /Sofia
  5. Hi @caf, Thank you for notifying us about this issue! It seems that we're simply adding the energy that we predict will be regenerated without taking into account that it might exceed 100%. We will take a look at the bug and find a solution for it. /Sofia
  6. Hi @Öyvind, @kenshirohokuto and @gerald, Last week we had some issues with connecting to Tesla. We did some much needed maintenance to how we requested data from vehicles and in turn introduced some unexpected issues. We've since solved the issue. We apologize for these issues and for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Your vehicles should no longer be registering. If that's the case please send us an email from the app. Open the menu by clicking the ABRP button in the top left corner of the screen and click the "Tell us what you think!" button. That way we can more easily see your account settings and give you better feedback. /Sofia
  7. Hi @Tim pickles, Sorry for the very late reply! Yes, the ABRP route will be sent to your Tesla's navigation system. However, just as @Ecurb mentioned there's currently no support for waypoints in the Tesla navigation system. But if you activate sharing while a navigation is ongoing, the app will be able to keep sending instructions after reaching a waypoint. That is, after reaching the first waypoint the app will send data about the second waypoint to the Tesla nav automatically. /Sofia
  8. Hi @dbsb3233 and @Skyhawk, Thank you for your suggestions! I will make sure to forward your ideas. There are a few features which might help you out in your planning. if you would like to arrive at a charger or the destination with a higher SoC than the default 10% you can edit this in Settings > (detailed) > Battery & Chargers > Destination arrival SoC or Charger arrival SoC. You can also edit the arrival SoC of any individual waypoint. Click the gear symbol next to the waypoint to enter your preference. You can also add the target SoC for all charging waypoints. Open the waypoint's settings as described above. Toggle the Charge button to "Till" (instead of "For") and type in the SoC of your choice for that unique stop. Please note that Charging overhead is the time added to each charging stop to account for the time it may take to plug in to the charger, pay for the charging session etc. Charging overhead does not count towards the charging time at a stop, but is added to the driving time of the leg before the charging stop. /Sofia
  9. Hi @Uwe T., Unfortunately, we do not officially support Torque Pro for the Hyundai IONIQ 5 at the moment. Take a look at this page to see which data providers are compatible with your car model: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/compare/livedata/. If a vehicle supports connectivity with Torque Pro you should find instructions for connecting in the saved car's settings. You can try selecting the Hyundai Kona to see the instructions for connecting. /Sofia
  10. Hi @szs, We released an update to the Android Auto beta tonight. Perhaps this caused some temporary issue for users joining the beta program. Are you unable to see any information at all regarding beta testing in Google Play? The screenshot below shows what it looks like when you've successfully joined the beta program. If you've managed to join the beta. Could you try leaving it and then joining again? Also check to see if the app on your phone is called "ABRP" or "ABRP Beta". /Sofia
  11. Hi @Ken G, Thank you for your suggestion. I have made sure to forward your idea! /Sofia
  12. Hi @Jimmy, Thank you for your suggestion! At the moment you are only able to export your driving data as Excel files. We might consider adding other formats in the future. If you wish to share a plan with someone we offer some other alternatives. After creating a plan click Share to view your options. /Sofia
  13. Hi @Y-crosscountry-in-July, At the moment we calculate the driven distances using the location data sent by your vehicle throughout a drive. We are unfortunately not able to access the mileage of the car itself. Last week we increased how frequently we are able to get location data from Tesla vehicles. This should have improved the accuracy of the calculated distances of drives in the "My drives" page and in exports. Please note that if the internet connection of an area is bad we might still get too few data points from your vehicle. This will in turn result in jumps between data points which will be interpreted as shorter distances than what was actually driven (will appear as very straight lines in "My drives"). There's little we can do to improve the accuracy of the data if that's the case. Thank you for your understanding. /Sofia
  14. Hi @TomTomZoe, Thank you for providing some additional information. We have recently released an update to the Android Auto beta that might have fixed the issue. You are welcome to let us know if you come across the problem once again after updating your app. /Sofia
  15. Hi @UlrikS, Thank you for your feedback! We understand that it would be useful to have access to Premium features for the entire family. We will take your suggestion into consideration. /Sofia
  16. Hi @ChrSchaefer, We are sorry to hear that you experienced this issue on your drive. Have you found that you still experience this problem since the latest update to the app? Please note that by default reference consumption of any vehicle is set to be 10% higher just in case. If you connect your vehicle to send live data to the app your reference consumption will be calibrated according to your driving style. It will also provide the app with live SoC updates which will make the predictions more accurate. Make sure to have saved the car in the app, go to Settings (detailed) > Car model. Go to the vehicle's settings. From this panel you are able to connect using one of the connectivity options listed on this page: https://abetterrouteplanner.com/compare/livedata/ /Sofia
  17. Hi @MysticMetal, Thank you for clarifying! A trick that might help you avoid this issue in the future is to create a configuration for your car with the extra weight. Go to your car's settings and add a new configuration. Select the option which best suits the nature of the configuration, for instance "Cargo on roof". In the settings of the car while the configuration is selected you can write how much extra weight you are carrying. While this configuration is selected the app will track the consumption of the vehicle with the extra weight etc. When you switch back to the default configuration the app will also switch back to the regular reference consumption. /Sofia
  18. Hi @Genomecop, We're sorry to hear that you also experienced this issue. What version of the app are you running? Have you noticed this issue recently? We have made some changes in the past few updates that should have fixed this problem. /Sofia
  19. Hi @nty, That's odd. Could you answer some additional questions and try some things to help us find the cause of the problem? Were you previously able to get CarPlay working? When did the problem start? Does it always happen? What version of the app are you currently running? Please include the number displayed within parenthesis as well. Click the ABRP logo in the top left corner of the screen in the app. At the bottom of the menu you will find the current version of the app on your device. It should look something like 4.0.4X (XXX). Have you had any other issues with CarPlay in your vehicle? Could you try connecting with another iPhone and see if it works? Could you try reinstalling the app? /Sofia
  20. Hi @Cooler, Thank you for notifying us about this! We recently updated the data about some charging networks in Europe. Other users have also notified us about these indiscrepancies in our data since this update and we're currently investigating what's causing this error. We hope to correct the data as soon as possible. /Sofia
  21. Hi @Y-crosscountry-in-July, As @Lance Pickup explained you can indeed share the route to the Tesla nav. If you activate sharing while a navigation is going on, the app will be able to keep sending instructions after reaching a waypoint. That is, after reaching the first waypoint the app will send data about the second waypoint to the Tesla nav automatically. /Sofia
  22. Hi @Lance Pickup, Thank you for providing such a detailed account of your trip 🙂 What version of the app are you running? We recently increased the frequency of updates in navigation mode. This means that the route will be recalculated more often to account for any changes in the world. The data connection from EVNotify to ABRP relies on an internet connection. So if the connection is bad, the updates may appear less often and cause issues with the updates in the app. Please note that we're continuously working to improve the performance and stability of the app. /Sofia
  23. Hi @Gunseg, If the app is displaying that Tronity is "sleeping" this means that we are not getting any data from the car. Are you getting data in the Tronity app? You can try disconnecting and reconnecting Tronity. If that does not work you may try removing the car and then adding and connecting it again. To remove the car go to Settings (detailed) > Car model and select the car you wish to remove by clicking the gear symbol next to it. In the lower right corner of the panel you will find the Delete button. To add the car once again, go back to Settings (detailed) > Car model > Add my car. Make sure to select the correct car model and give it a suitable name. If this also does not solve the issue please get in touch with the team at Tronity and ask them to troubleshoot why no data is sent to ABRP. I noticed that the car saved to your account was not connected via Tronity, but rather via EVNotify. And since you're not "always logging" data in the app we are not able to see what data has been sent to us in the past by Tronity. /Sofia
  24. Hi @Mats Johnson, The greyed out map marker with a dash trhough is means that you've chosen to avoid the charger as @Lance Pickup pointed out. Manage your avoided chargers in Settings (detailed) > Battery & Chargers > Chargers to avoid. Please note that if a charger has been marked as to be avoided it will not be included in any plans. /Sofia
  25. Hi @UlrikS, Currently the app does not support Apple Family Sharing. However, as a Premium user you are able to share any saved vehicles to family members' accounts. First you must first save your car. To add the car, go to Settings (detailed) > Car model > Add my car. Make sure to select the correct car model and give it a suitable name. Go to the car's settings (Settings (detailed) > Car model > [car name]) and click "Share" and find your family member's account. You can also log in to the same account on several devices. Please note that this means that the settings of one device is also carried over to all other devices and as such only one navigation can be active at the time. /Sofia
