Hi @AlistairB, I can recommend reading this blog post about how we work with data about chargers: As mentioned in the post, we would like to be able to fetch data straight from the main source and we do so when possible. Networks tend to be more responsive when actual users ask them to have their chargers added to ABRP so if you'd like to ask them we'd appreciate it. We'll reach out to them to see if they'd be willing to let us fetch data directly πŸ™‚ Reason some have 'Charge Your Car' set as network is likely because ChargePlace Scotland states the chargers can be accessed
  3. Hi @NewTeslaDriver, Okay πŸ™‚ I can see on some forums and images that there are/were four "old" stalls as well. Likely the reason we list 12 stalls. Do you know if these were removed or if they're still available? (Would be unfortunate if we didn't show the available V2 chargers for users who cannot charge at V3) /Katya
  4. Hi @Giampigua, Glad you were able to sort it out! We have had issues due to changes that Tesla has made on their side and we've therefore made the necessary changes in the linking procedure to keep users connected. It has so far only affected a handful of users but we expect Tesla to gradually roll out the changes for all their users. My guess is that the previous connection used the "old" method and reconnecting the car like you did, with the new method would be the solution πŸ™‚ /Katya

  8. Hi @NewTeslaDriver, It was marked as 'out of order' for some reason which doesn't seem to be the case but if a charger is marked as broken/out of order it will not be used in planning. Could be a mistake due to how some chargers at hotel locations have been closed. We've had it changed so that it is open now. I'd also like to double check, do you know if there are only 8 stalls? /Katya
  9. Hi @DimZen, Hmm.. and it's been unresponsive like this for days now? (There are 2 screens, you are supposed to be able to swipe left to see the position of the car on the map) Apart from your watch being a more recent model the only thing that differs is it being an LTE model. Have you tried turning cellular data off to have the watch run on your phones network? (shouldn't be necessary but if it makes it work it'll point us in the right direction) Have you also made sure that you're logged in with the correct account on your iPhone and that it can access premium features?
  10. Hi @DimZen, Okay then there should not be any such issues, I'm personally using the same OS versions (but with earlier models iPhone and watch). I have however noticed it can take a little time for the watch to get started with displaying data for the first time. Have you done the "setup"? (Having the ABRP iPhone app running alongside the watch app) If it still doesn't work I'd suggest re-installing the ABRP watch app. You can do so by going into the watch app on your iPhone, scroll down until you see ABRP, click ABRP and disable it.   18. Hi @Random1, When looking up the address in google maps it automatically refers to the place 'Chinati Hot Springs' but OpenStreetMap does not recognise it. The road itself is recognised in OSM but the place seems to be the only one along the road. If you instead search for the place 'Chinati Hot Springs' in ABRP you'll get a match. I've made some additions to OSM and hopefully it'll make the address available in search. Maps should be updated by Sunday evening, CEST. /Katya

  23. Hi @caf, I've now taken a look at the plan with your actual user settings. It seems one parameter wasn't included in the link provided in this thread. The extra weight made it so that the consumption was high enough for the planner to decide that it would need to stop to charge if going with the first route while without extra weight it tried to decrease speed and did make a suggestion (as in your screenshot), however the only available suggestion would have you arrive at the final destination with a bit lower SoC than allowed.   25. Hi @Whitmarsh, Make sure you've also selected the fast charger type 'Tesla CCS'. Only then you'll be able to view and plan with V3 Superchargers in Europe (which most of the new ones are) πŸ™‚ /Katya
